The staff was helpful. Room was very nice, specially the bathroom and the terrace on the 8th floor (we could see almost all Palermo from there). The breakfast was also good with quality products.
The textile of the chairs in the room was quite dirty.

The bar staff especially were very friendly and helpful as were the front desk.
We arrived at the hotel around midnight after a flight from Budapest and would have liked to be able to have a cup of tea. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would fix this situation.

Great way to end our trip. Brilliant hotel with excellent service in amazing location near main centre, city walls, and very convenient to get to the airport shuttle to get back to Palermo airport. Fairly quiet silent rooms, clean bathroom, cheap breakfast. Smooth check-in and smooth check-out, parking nearby. A gym available for guests too.

The bedroom was not as described in the pictures, the bedroom and the bed were very small. We could not sleep during the morning because of the noise ! The staff was not welcoming at all. This is absolutly not a place to go.

Breakfast was great, breakfast staff very hard-working and helpful. Location is truly great. Room was clean. We only stayed here for the night before returning car to rent a car and bus stop was close as well. It was perfect for this, but we wouldn't stay again.
Night receptionist with very little English, second try only to activate our room card. Quite frustrating at 3am and after 350km drive. Room smelled, shower leaking and mould around it. 4 star?
